FUJIFILM’s new FinePix JV100 and FinePix JX250 are value packed user friendly cameras that come equipped with sleek, cutting edge style, complete with advanced technology and High Definition capability.
The FinePix JV100 and FinePix JX250 cameras are encased in a slender high grade brushed aluminium metal body with soft, curved edges that provide a sculpted, sophisticated look. Both camerasare available in silver or black. The FinePix JV100 is also available in pink.
FinePix JV100 features include a 12 megapixel sensor, 3x Fujinon optical zoom
(37 – 111mm equivalent), 2.7-inch LCD and Digital Image Stabilisation to ensure image blurring is kept to a minimum.
FinePix JX250 features include a high resolution 14-megapixel sensor, 5x Fujinon optical zoom with 28mm wide angle lens, 2.7-inch LCD and Digital Image Stabilisation.
Both camera models deliver sharp, clear images that are perfect for enlarging on screen or in print without compromising image quality.
Additionally, with high sensitivity settings (up to ISO 1600 at full resolution and ISO 3200 with 3MP), the FinePix JV100 and FinePix JX250 provide crisp, detailed, low noise images even when shooting in low-light conditions.
High Definition
Using HD image and video capture, the FinePix JV100 and FinePix JX250 cameras produce stunning, detailed images that can be enjoyed in impressive High Definition on any HD ready television (using an optional HD Player accessory) or PC.
NEW Portrait Functions
Two new functions will ensure you get the photos you want. Smile and Shoot Modeworks with FUJIFILM’s highly acclaimed Face Detection Technology to detect smiles on faces. In this mode, the FinePix JV100 and FinePix JX250 will not capture a photo until they detect a smile – ideal for when you want guaranteed happy shots.
Blink DetectionModealso provides a warning if you have captured an image with people blinking, enabling you to re-shoot if necessary.
NEW Targeting AF
Previously featured on FUJIFILM’s S1500 DSLR-style camera, Targeting AF is now also included on the FinePix JV100 and FinePix JX250. Targeting AF is ideal for capturing photos of moving subjects. In this mode the camera can track the target and deliver a crisp photo, complete with subject in the centre of the frame in perfect focus.
NEW Picture Search
Picture Search is a time saving device that allows you to find photos quickly and easily by searching in the Scene Mode where the photos were captured. For instance, if you select Portrait you can view all the shots that were captured in that mode.
Additional features
Other features include Scene Recognition Auto(SR Auto) which intelligently detects the scene type you are shooting and optimises the camera’s focus, exposure and white balance, to ensure flawless photos at the press of a button.
Panorama Shooting Modeallows you to stitch three photos together to create a stunning panoramic image for extra versatility.
HD Movie Mode with Sound allows you to record those special moments and relive them time and time again.
